• 1 hour @ $200 (Portrait Sessions)

Terms and Conditions – Sarah Hartley's Photography

• Booking and Payment: An advance deposit of $50 is required to reserve your photo session with us. Payment in full is due upon completion of the reserved photography session, on the day of the session.

• Out of area sessions (20 minutes plus driving time) are subject to a 25$ fee. 

• Delivery of Images: Clients can expect to receive their images within 14 days of the photo session. If there is an expected delay beyond 14 days, we will inform you at the time of booking. In case of an unanticipated delay, we will provide you with a new expected delivery time within the initial 14 days.

• Copyright and Ownership: Sarah Hartley's Photography retains copyright and ownership of all images created during the session. However, clients are granted permanent Client Use Rights for their session's images.

• Image Usage: We value your privacy. The use of client images for website or social media promotional purposes will only occur with your approval in advance. We will ask you to sign a Model Release Form to affirm your consent for using the images captured by Sarah Hartley's Photography.

• Session Timing: If a session's time slot is delayed or extended due to client circumstances, additional time fees may apply at a rate of $30 per 15 minutes. In some cases, this may result in the inability to complete the session within the initially reserved time.

• Postponement and Adjustments: To make changes to a reserved session time, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Please keep this in mind if you need to reschedule or adjust your session.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of a reserved session with less than 1week' notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. We understand emergencies and extenuating circumstances can arise, and in such cases, we will provide appropriate consideration.

• Damaged, Lost, or Inaccessible Images: In the unlikely event that your images are damaged, lost, or inaccessible, Sarah Hartley's Photography will offer either another session at no charge or a full refund of the original session fee.

• Editing Restrictions: We take pride in our work, and our images remain the property of Sarah Hartley's Photography. Clients are kindly requested not to alter or edit any images produced by us.

• Liability: Sarah Hartley's Photography assumes no liability for any injury to clients or damage or theft of property that may occur during our photography sessions. Your safety and the safety of your belongings are your responsibility.

• Photography Venue Exclusivity: While we are working, no other photographer, whether amateur or professional, will be allowed to photograph at the venue (e.g., wedding, portrait, family photography) to ensure the best possible results. Any breach of this agreement may lead to non-completion of the job with no liability to Sarah Hartley's Photography, and the client may lose their initial deposit.

• Creative Photography Approach: At Sarah Hartley's Photography, we approach photography with creativity and expertise. All photographs will be taken and edited based on our professional experience and artistic vision. If you have specific requests, please provide us with a "shot list."

• Additional Editing Services: Our standard image editing includes light skin retouch and light and color adjustments. Any extra editing requests accepted by Sarah Hartley's Photography will incur an additional cost of $35 per image. Extra image adjustments may involve changing body size or parts, replacing parts from another image, changing body color, extra skin retouch, or background replacement. Please note that unless hair and makeup are explicitly included in the contract, we are not responsible for fixing hair, skin, or makeup issues.

• Privacy and Consent: We respect your privacy and request your consent before using images for promotional purposes. If you have any concerns about privacy or the use of images, please let us know.

• Photographer Breaks and Meals: Our photographers will be allowed one 20-minute break at their discretion and will take bathroom breaks as necessary. For photography sessions lasting longer than 5 hours, each photographer will require a full guest meal. If no meal is provided, our photographers reserve the right to take a 45-minute off-site meal break.

• Communication and Notifications: All communications with Sarah Hartley's Photography must be conducted in English and in writing, either by mail or email.

• Photo Cooperation: If family members or guests are taking photos during our sessions, we are not responsible for obstructed or ruined photos due to separate flashes, other guests' behavior, or activities by other vendors and venue staff.
